You should make them bigger, but I'm not sure how you should do that without ruining the graphics. Maybe make the whole thing wider so it fills the whole screen? The custom scroll bars don't work in Moz1.1. In the 'main' area I get standard scrollbars outside those you have created, but in the 'shoutbox' section there is only the non-functioning scrollbars so I can't see what people has written before me. Except from that; nice page. [edit] Maybe you should consider cleaning up your code with some CSS and easier to read syntax for the javascript...
