Hello.
This is the second web i have created, and i would like your opinion, specially about colors and distribution, and any idea you think can contribute to the web.

Your second web already! Well, you've got Al Gore beat on that. (just kidding )

Just a few thoughts...

1) Something is messed up with the text on the home page (in that scrollbox). When the page first loads up, the text looks like it is outlined, and it is very hard to read. Clicking on the other links, I see that the text loads up that way and then switches to normal text. I'm not sure what's going on there, but I definitely think you should look into it. (I'm looking at your site in IE6 for XP.)

2) Why the change in design between the Home page and the other pages. All the other pages have a clear "left navigation/right content" design, but the Home page has got that funky little scrollbox, some pictures on the left, and a box with phone numbers. It just seems a bit jarring.

3) I'm not a huge fan of mouseover scrolling. I would personally feel more comfortable if the scrollbar worked the same way the Windows scrollbars work.
