So the site hasn't been tested in enough browser versions yet, and that's a problem because all of the layout is done with CSS and inline tables...but that's coming this week. Internet Explorer 6.0 is what it works correctly in. Any details on 5.0 and 5.5 would be great, cuz really, 98% of the site's traffic (the current site) is IE 5, 5.5, or 6. |

the first thing that strikes me is that my eye doesn't seem to know where to look. lots of little thumbnail type images everywhere act as a major distraction when the colour scheme of the site is subtle like this one. looking to the right of the page there is an extra, darker manilla colour that should probably go or be more prevalent in the rest of ths site, and some kind of image title on one box which looks plain wrong. also, i'm not sure how the missing stuff at the top could affect this, but a few more carefully placed lines would give the site much nicer structure, so you could know what you were looking at more easily. those are just ta few things to consider fixing, but it would also be well worth implementing a more liquid design. i haven't looked at your code, but by the design, this shouldn't be especially hard to do. |
