The colours/design is also inconsitent - people need to be able to scan the rest of the page and be able to spot box headers (the learning center, Hardware, etc) as being the same - you will need to group things by colour as well as using it to divide up the page (as suggested above). I also think the nav bar needs more work to define it as a distinct entity - that news letter box isn't doing it any favours. You might also consider reducing the number of colours you are using there are what 8 main ones so try and trim that down to half that number.
