Otherwise I think it looks very good, apart from one thing. The position of the grey bar that has "MANIFEST" written on it just doesn't seem right. I'd say it needs moving up a little, or off the picture (below the picture like the nav is above, or the same but with the nav and title swapped round). It seemed like a minor nigle to me to, but for some reason it just kept on jumping out. EDIT: Actually, just looked at your code, and doing it with <div>s not tables would be so much more efficient, especially for a site as uncomplicated in design as this. Otherwise I like it very much.
