I fear that you will have problems getting good critique on this one.

It "sort of" breaks every rule on good web design there is, sorry but that's the truth.
You need to create some kind of harmony on the site in order to make some one read it.

Right now you have:
- Way too may clashing colors (choose one main color you want to use, then visit http://www.webwhirlers.com/colors/ and feed that colorcode into it and you will have a selection to choose from).
- No consistency what so ever in style (take a look at some sites of the inmates here and see how they use similar looking elements through their sites to create a style)
- The font size is all over the site! For crying out loud, I can read it 6 feet from my 19" monitor using 1600x1200 resolution!

If this is a real q for a reviev, take care of those points and come back, to adress everything right now would take me all night!
