The beveled image at the top is quite heavy on the site, the curved section has jaggies. The rest of the site doesn't feel ready. Use css to style the table borders a bit nicer. And if I were you i'd thing one more time on the use of serif fonts (times and the like) in any smaller sizes. It's harder to read than sans-serif (arial, verdana, tahoma and the likes) Color all in all, it feels, dunno, grey... More depressing than positive/neutral which I suspect is your goal.
