If yo are going to be designing web pages, you need to have multiple browsers on which to test. Never rely on just IE.... - in an external stylesheet, you shouldn't have the <!-- and -->. Those are htnl comment tags and serve no purpose in a CSS file. - You could save a lot of clutter in your code by either eliminating all those multiple tables (it could much easier be just one table) or, even better, get rid of tables altogether....
