One of these days I'm going to get around to redoing this with standards-compliant code (or maybe not).. but in the meantime, if you've got IE:win32 and Flash..

"Ed, The Rubber Chicken" .. a toy rubber chicken that makes a terrible sound when squeezed. Long story short, a friend got it for me and I told him I'd do something funny with it on my Web site. Related site with an explanation of the story.. (IE:win32 only, it's old school) - http://www.schillmania.com/rcd

Makes use of some DHTML animation, and there's some Javascript -> Flash ActiveX communication as well.

This was something I did about a year ago for fun, I would write it totally different now (waay more DOM-based Javascript, OO-style too) .. but I thought you guys might find it amusing.

Uh, you do realize this is the "Site Review" area?

Would you like me to review the rubber chicken, or was there something else?

This was posted more for laughs than anything else - it is a "red herring", makes no real sense and has no real purpose aside from entertaining (and that may depend on the viewer!) .. However, it does make use of some Javascript -> Flash communication for the sound.
