This is a short review after a short look ok.
There are somethings i would rethink if i where you:
1) On the heading graphic there is a link to the example pages, with mozilla it's hardly to see what it is (blue on blue)
so don't show it or make it stand out. I would prefer you skipped the link, since it's already on the menu to the right.
2) The homepage has an horizontal scrollbar...which is not needed for different reasons: the width of 1024px should not need an horizontal scroll, the other pages don't have this horizontal scroll, there is no extra info after scrolling the page to the left.
3) On the homepage the big picture is very distracting from the info you want to give. The picture distracts so much it made me overlook the menu. Only with a good second look i spotted the menu on the left side.
4) Menu itself looks like one big link when i mouseover it. There is no distincion between the links. This added with point 3 makes navigation harder then needs to be.
5) The client example page looks very different compared with the other pages, it made me wonder if i was still on the same site specially since the other pages doesn't seem to change anyway.
Overall i the site looks too much as a powerpoint presentation with a shortage off contents and those 'nice colored' pictures. Add a bit more content, add someinfo about the company behind it, add some contact info and make the menu stand out a bit more and your site would improve a lot.
Btw i am not shure this is the right place to ask for a redesign and offer too pay money....
