If you're running windows 98, just use IE. It should come with '98 and it's really the best you can use for a windows OS. |

Aarrgh, I hate to admit it but they're right. As much as I hate WinME, and i REALLY hate WinME, it is much stabler than Win98. |

for a low end system, id recommend opera. unlike the "big boys" in browsers, theyve got some nice options like being able to turn off images (this one is toggled by a button in the tool bar), turn off javascript, and a few others. its pretty fast, too. |

I don't want to start a browser war, but most pages are coded for IE (fact, folks) so you might be better off with that. |
