--> it is very strange...if I edit the index.htm in DW and press F12 for
a quick preview the CSS works fine.
But when I visit the online site
the CSS doesn't work for me....I have it tested a several ie's sometimes it
works and sometimes it doesn't.

do you have a clou about this??

It looks OK to me although I might have misunderstood the probelm. I would suggest moving the font definitions into the header and adding some actually text to the page other than links and you may want to put inverted commas around rel=stylesheet. I did think that the obvious answwer was that your stylesheet wasn't there but it is.
