Not a website, no content, no images, just (X)HTML and CSS with a little Javascript thrown in for good measure, if ya want. Kinda like the templates over at Glish, but I'm sure we could do better than that. Since web design has reached the point that CSS is a very viable option there's many ways to skin this cat in terms of design now. So how about it, wanna give it a test run or is this just another one of my dumb ideas?
