The blue banner is almost in the middle of the page and . . . well I am guessing that you know the problem. I can not access your style sheet to see if the problem lies there, which it just may. Put your script external. I had a hard time sifting through all of that code to find the layout stuff. I don't understand why you have divs and some are using classes and some are not and then you have tables in there too. Are the divs at the top using positioning?
