well, thought you guys would be a little nicer than you were when i first posted...but it's all good, so far this site has been helpful and i'm digging it.

anyway, i don't have the site uploaded yet, it'll be up in abuot an hour i guess...here's my question:

i have an ihtml shopping cart...i'm using a menu on my index which loads everything into an iframe. i haven't tested it yet, but i have the feeling that when the user browses using the menu, he'll lose the cookie that holds his account info. meaning he won't be able to add to his cart or view his cart. so, in advance, i was wondering... is there a way to "carry" a cookie around through iframes?

any help would be much appreciated...thanks!

Who wasn't nice? Sorry if you got that impression, but I read over your first thread and I couldn't really find anyone being mean. I hope you didn't take my comments that way.

We can be abrasive here at times, but like you said, there are a lot of helpful people here.

Unfortunately, I can't help you with this problem, so I'll have to leave that to someone else.

breakit1234: I don't think you've given us enough info to go along with here. For example:

1. Are all the pages being loaded on the same domain?

2. What are you setting and reading the cookies with?

3. etc.

More information means we can give you an answer far quicker and with less wasted time for both of us
