But, I'm looking for tutorials that will show me how to create HTML-based special effects such as moving text and menu, etc. More fancy yet functional special effects would be wonderful. CNET used to have a "site builder" with tons of tutorials but it's no longer there it looks like. I'm looking for stuff that will make the web page wow the viewer without weighing down the web page too much. an example is how, when you move to a new web page within www.ozones.com, the new webpage shifts and comes into focus.
