Topic: Ugh. Background centering cross browser. (Page 1 of 1)

I've searched all over the web and these forums..found lots of topics but can't seem to make it work..I have got it to where it at lesat looks okay (even though it not really right) in IE and NN but I want to know how to do it properly.

Trying to center just a bkg image with puts black lines outside my layout then a texture outside of it (the one I used is probably temporary.)

Any help would be appreciated...this is the website:
