You could burn it as a data cd with wav files on it, but it won't play in a standard cd player, which I am assuming you're using since you say it's for a voice over. As far as extracting the cd audio, you can extract it as a wav or an mp3, nero will burn an audio cd with both. If you want some good ripping software, do a google search on cdexbeta.
