The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.
We have done so.
Now Tyberius Prime expects him to start complaining that we removed his 'free speech' since this message will replace all of his posts, past and future.

Ini - you know, Flasm just scares the pants off me! Heh. Decompiling a swf and hand optimizing the code???? What do you think I got into Flash for - it sure wasn't so I could touch raw code!!!

However, from what I understand, those who don't get all squeemish touching "real" code find that they can actually fine tune movies to a considerable extent. Fascinating. Their documentation makes some interesting point to - some of Flash 5's routines are actually based on Flash 4 and the Flash 4 routines are actually faster. There was a real interesting thread at were-here a month or so ago - FlashGuru had a pretty controversial list of things that speed ActionScript, and a number of things on that list were using Flash 4 routines.

Really interestng stuff for the elite coders.

Which I'm not.
