UBB Help
A few months ago, I was challenged to learn director and lingo in 3 months, and use them to put together a small "interactive" presentation based on an access db. Read story: Small multimedia firm challenges InI This was a sad sad story, because no matter the efforts, the guy didn't want me... Due to his clear incompetency, his firm went bankrupt a few weeks after I was told my "stuff didn't meet their criterias". Actually, the chairman in question went mad when he asked "may I see the contents of the db" and I answered "of course, do you have accesse installed?". Apparently, them requesting access/director interfaces and me not able to show an access db without ms access installed on their machines was my fault. Several people confirmed me that that firm had fallen because the guy couldn't make clear decisions regarding technique... a wannabe without the techy knowledge. So, a failure, but still something I'm proud of and want to share. (don't bother reporting a bug with this one before making sure you have the sw3d plugin installed, it WILL fail if you don't have it, I know that..)
