Hi there.

Im working on this camferbox object and the goal is to split it in half leaving 2 objects left. I allready tried the boolean substract method, but after applying this it's still a whole box (with a slice in the midlle though). How do I do it?

Best regards

Cheers!

Take your whole box with the slice in the middle, apply the edit mesh modifier to it. Go to subobject selection : vertex (or vertices...it's one of them). Select all of the vertexes on one side of the split, and scroll down the list of things you can do with the edit mesh modifier till you see a button that says detatch, press it and select detatch as new object.

That should solve the problem.
