Topic awaiting preservation: first nurbs-model (Page 1 of 1)

well ive been working on this for a while now....its my first nurbs model in 3dsmax...

but what do you think about it?? its suppose to be a vacuum cleaner with a kind of retro-design...
it isnt finished, but right now i need some input....whats wrong with it???

the shape looks ok.
just the material is a bit too specular.
play with light reflection etc.

keep up the good work!

and...for some reason I can't explain. The hose just doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of them model...also...wheels?

For a first try at nurbs modeling looks good to me.
Like the retro design, nice curves and efficient.
That hose looks like it would swivel n'est pas?
