I love zbrush for the quickness with which you can create something in it, this took about 20 minutes:

Heh. I did see it while it was up. But I was confused, as I thought that ZBrush was a UV-mapping program, but your model was all white. Is it a modelling program too?

You paint to model. A stroke sort of creates a layer, and you build your model up from a sphere like that.

We have done so.

After all this time, I think I'm finally getting the hang of ZBrush. It's definitely got a steep learning curve (at least in my case). Rummaging through the PDF manuel really does help. Figger that out. Maybe one of these days I'll tell ya'll about the problems I've been having.

the thing that amazed me more about zbrush was the recording/playing session system
it comes with a few recorded sessions of actual people doing modeling and a few great tutorials.

another thing you should know, is that it doesnt work under 800x600
reason? it's way too screen busy, i would recomend not only 1024x768 but something above that

i just started, so don't expect full coverage from me, i really can't give it
