quick to the point, i know it's starting to become a cliche, but i still want a shoutbox...

greymatter and blogger both are super-easy to install i that's what you mean by shoutbox

Is there any type of shoutbox hosting? like ezboard for forums? I would use a shoutbox, but my host doesn't support PHP, and I don't know what to do. I probably use a chat room, but i don't know. I think i would like someway to create a complete flash shoutbox, but that is just wishful dreaming.

Personally I think you should just take the time and learn php, it's very useful for many things. Also I didn't know that unregistered people could post anywhere, strange.
