Preserved Topic: Admin options in a Discusion Forum (Page 1 of 1)

Hi...
I am making a discussion forum, and i've come to the part where i am
going to make the Admin side of the forum.

I was just wondering if any of you had any tips/advice on what sort of options i should include for the administrators!

Tips on features/options to the forum in genaral would also be appriciated.

That's pretty vague, perhaps if you posted an alpha version that we could test out we would have some feedback.

I suggest you take this board as an example. Follow that up by looking at some other boards, coded by different people.

Move
Delete
Archieve
Ban IP
Unban IP
Filter Word
Lookup Password
Lookup Email
Ban UserName
Unban UserName
Create Topic
Delete Topic

I am sure there are many more, just couldn't think of them.

I was thinking along the lines of showing us how it works so far so we could get ideas for what it could use, not because you need coding help.
