Topic awaiting preservation: An easy method to generate a list (Page 1 of 1)

Hello folks,

I'm looking for a PHP script or Perl/CGI solution that lets me maintain a membership list with just a few awards. I think it's too tiresome to do it in HTML only, but I don't want a massive PHP application with which I can set up forums. I just want this simple CMS solution. Does anybody have an idea how to do it? Thanks in advance!

Well, it seems like a simple 1 table database ought to do the trick.
If you don't want to set up a database and don't mind a little masochism, this could even be handled with a simple text file.
What exactly are you having trouble with? I'd be happy to help but I need a more defined question.
