Topic awaiting preservation: php counter ??? [troubleshooting] (Page 1 of 1)

Sup yall.....well i was looking for a tut for a php counter. And one of my friends wrote me a php counter.

But there is one prob. I have to CHMOD it to 666.

How on earth do i do that after i upload all my files to the server?

How are you uploading the files? Most ftp clients allow you to right click the file and chmod from the client.

That being said php scripts normally don't need to be chmoded to run.

saviiour: If you are using something like SmartFTP you can just right click on it and select the option. If not then you could cobble together a quick script to run which would do the job.

well i guess i havent been up front. sry about that. iam using the ftp, provided by dreamweaver! not sure if that might be of some help to me...or....i will try some of the suggestion yall told moi. but if it didnt work. iam back on here..... =)
