An IDE for PHP that actually supports step in step out, breakpoints debugging, function insight, F1 opens help, javadoc compliant comments and function syntax shows up when you hover over a function... and more... and it's free... A bit tricky to set up the debugger, but holler and I'll help if needed. Usually I use dreamweaver, but whenever I'm learning a new language I do it all in notepad for about a year and than some sort of editor that has support for that language. (don't ever want a tool to become a crutch). Than for mega speed, I'll do it all in dreamweaver. But Maguma is good.
