Well, I am reading information about MS SQL Server. I am interested in platform requirement. I found this here. So may I make myself clear? MS SQL Server runs on Windows Server well! But what I am wondering is if it runs on Unix and Linux server or not. no, that's the clients, ie. from what platforms you can access mssql server.

As far as I know, it only runs on windows.
