I am pretty well thanks.
Well, I remember I had asked this before.
A couple of guys sugested a couple of solutions.
But I have not been able to be satisfied yet.

Well, do you know any free PHP/MySQL hosting server?

Now I am thinking of applying for cheap hosting.
Because I cannot find any.
I spent a lot time using google. But not found any good yet.
If you know, please help me...

Portland give you that - bandwidth sucks and you can't use forums. You will struggle to get much better for free though - check out local ISPs and things.

Sometimes I wonder why in France, where the interest in Internet is poor next to the USA or Sweden (expensive slow broadband accounts for example), we have hosts that rock almost all the other ones.

Everytime I see a topic like that, I want to say : register at Free !

It is absolutely free, you have unlimited 100 mo accounts (each account has a 25mo email address), PHP and Mysql support, no ads, remote linking, server stats...

Unfortunately, it is reserved for France inhabitants. Sorry Hiroki.

Hiroki: If you can't actually install an FTP package then you might be introuble. There are scripts which allow you to upload and edit your site through the browser but you'd have to install them first (usually) - a combination of that and free hosting would be difficult to find.

However, if your college does Internet stuff then I would imagine they probably already have something installed that you can use - ask around. Otherwise you might be out of luck.

Just to clarify -

Hiroki - are you saying that the only computer you have access to is the university's computer? Or just that you were on their computer at that particualar time?

Not having your own computer to access the internet will make things a bit inconvenient...as it's very nice to be able to set things up the way you want them, and install the apps you need.

I am studying at polychnic. I don't have computer at home.

Yes, we have SmartFTP onto some machine.
But it will be used to upload server, which is set up in the polytechnic.
Shame, actually cuz I cannot show you my web site when I finish.

Have you tried the FTP functionality in internet explorer?

Just type " ftp://your_url_to_the_ftp_server_here/ " in the adressbar and hit enter.
to make it even simpler you can do this: " ftp://usernameassword@your_url_to_the_ftp_server_here/ " where username/password is for your account and it should let you right in there.

Don't know to set it up if you require passive transfers though.
