Do you know of any ISPs that give out a few mb of webspace ? I know if you register ata boards.ie (an irish forum) they give you a little space for hosting such things , I dont know about their outside linking policy though. others are eircom.net and o2.ie both irish ISPs I think you can get hosting there.
