IR sigs seem to be ruling this block. I decided to give it a shot.

Hmmm...something strange with the 'revolving highlights' of the eye...I think the middle 'dot' is somewhat too wobbly...it just doesn't look right...

I'll try and fix that and maybe remove the white text.

yes, the dot in the middle moves around too

edit: try to put the dot on a own layer

They're not bubbles, at least thats not what i set out to make. The are supposed to be light reflections *in a way*
