Is the file size too big for dial up?

I'm running at 38.6K and it loaded just fine....

If I might make a comment unrelated to file size...

The glow around the neon gets cut off rather harshly, so it ends up looking like a box (which is probably not what you want). Making the file bigger would increase the size quite a bit, so I would suggest maybe cutting down on the glow.

File size is not too bad, but yes, it`s fairly annoying, and your matte color is incorrect.
Try R=43 G=4 B=4.

I recon 36kb is too big for a sig personally but its not awful or anything. The only annoying thing about your sig is try to read the text that pops up for a second, not really the flashy on/off glow on the text. my 2c
