Nice... I always loved Akira. That's one messed up manga...

The only thing I would suggest is some transparency, maybe (try out one frame and see how it looks), and enlarging (or turning off anti-aliasing on) the text on the bottom--it's barely readable. I can read "It's pronounced" but after that it kind of blurs together into a blob. It looks like "Spikes!" but there seems to be a space between the k and the e...

And I always pronounced it "Spix"--I'm just not very good at these name things.

ok transparency works. yes it is supposed to be pronounced "spikes." i was afraid some people were thinking i was racist or something. i stupidly rasterized that text a while back. ill redo it. . . and repost. . . again.

Hmm... I realized you've already submitted it to the contest, but it looks like something went funky with the text fade in and the transparency. It was smooth before, but now it seems to "catch" a bit at the end, before the second pass. I'm not really sure how to explain it...

Hrm, yeah I see that. I think it is because it had more contrast behind it before. I might try to go back to it later, but I've been on that bugger for about three hours now and it's time for a break. Back to pinkkage i suppose. . .

I wanted to make kaneda's bike for "transportation" sig contest, sadly I think I will never be finished with this....the lighting effect make it look pretty sucky....and I cant airbrush it...no wacom no mouse...only have finger for the laptop......

The top one, one penny (although, $5 shipping - and probably not to Russia, but I'm sure you can find something like that closer to home).
