hi, i think you need the background set transparent when you are optimizing the animation in IR. I like the variation in all of your sigs so far

thanks alot Tao! I still can't figure out what im doing wrong with my sigs. They dont look right. They always seem too flat, or dull, or something compared to the others around here. Oh well, back to the good ol drawin' board.

I found the "lighting effects" filter really helped me to get a little depth.

Methinks you've got the wrong background color set as your alpha mask.

Mebbe it's just me but I can see an off color box.

yeah, thats the picture i followed. thanks mahjqa, it helped alot. but the matte color and the color of the box i have are both 2b0404. so....i dunno

Remove any background layer in the color 2b0404 that you have, turn in it invisible. for the GIF to be transparent, you need to see the checkerboard pattern. in the image, in the middle is the ball, on the outside of the ball are the dark red colors that take care of the colors that are less than 100% transparent, and outside those red areas is the white-grey checkerboard pattern. THAT pattern will become transparent.
