It all looks very clean and realistic, and the size is perfect. Maybe you can even add more details (like in making it wider, adding more components), but if you dont it's still a great one. One niggle I have for the way it looks would be the LED, for an example check the sig in this post.. right now it looks a bit flat.

The other niggle I have is the font. It's not enirely realistic... if you check this page, you'll see that the font "LCD" looks like what you've used, with some inconsistencies in letters like R, D and X. Now if you look at the font "Liquid-B", that is a more accurate version if how 'real' displays work. (Just check the letters I mentioned against the grid, several lines would simply not work...

Anyway. Nitpick mode off: it's a nice one.
