Sphere thing looks nice, but I am not really fond of a gray bg rather than an invisible one for here.

Hardly any browser supports transparency in PNG's. Use GIF's instead.

Well... it's way too big. Sigs should be around 65 pixels tall and less than 400 pixels wide. You may wish to look in the FAQs for sig guideleines.

It does not look like you put any real work into this sig. It looks like you just drew a circle, threw in some random lines, ran the eye candy glass filter on each layer, then played with layer settings.

Hee...Hee... Stuck my foot in it.

I'm not familiar with 3 d studio max. I use Bryce. Did it take long to make and render the globe?

i have seen many sigs way bigger than this

The faq is meant as a guideline. You've got to remember that many of our fellow inmates still use 56k or slower modems. Larger sigs take longer to load. So keeping the sigs reasonably sized is really a courtesy thing. Who wants to wait 5 plus minutes to load a forum page?

Regards.
