Yes, taken directly from the painting. I just painted Asylum colors over it and cut it out. Anyway, it's a TEST to see how well something like this works, b/c I am in the process of painting a hand "pushing forth" from the Ozone bg. I probably should have posted that in the first place, but I was in a rush to get to practice and didn't feel like explaining the history behind it. Besides, I love Dali's work, and this came up when I was looking for references, I couldn't help myself. The man was a genius. |
