hehe, well either mahjqa forced me or it happened after I saw Trigun(which I really liked)

anyway thanks to mahjqa for providing reference, I made it from scratch, no tracing was done at all (if anyone wondering yes I looked at mahjqas gun

well I am open to suggestion to add more details or anything like that, but I am not animating it, it will be too time consuming and I might make something new...and maybe even original....(ahh hell maybe those sparkles or light reflections wont hurt)

anyway it was pretty easy, alot easer than I expected...(just ahd to get my lazy ass and do it)

thats really smooth... I would up the contrast a bit with the levels, to really make the metal bit shine and sparkel. It will help it look less plastic like.

And maybe add a little texture... the handle could really use some texture.

edit: ooh, I would size it down a bit and then run unsharp mask on it... really make it look a bit more detailed and less painted. yah.

Great work Ruski. I would second eyezaer's comments for a more "realistic" look.
Also how about a light colouring to the metal (perhaps a blueish) and the handle?
Is it all done in PS?

Hmm, yeah, the handle looks too smooth. Could use some texture.

I sort of like the smooth look of the handle,
isn't it a copy of a gun in a cartoon, thus..
personally, I like the cartoon look it has.
