I'm still going to continue logging things though, (I'll have to make the "iploggged" thing less ugly!) There are things I can do to people once I know more about their IP and where they come from, things other than banning. (Mostly of the "giving shit" variety! Heh.) If I really needed to, I've dealt with SysAdmins before, and if I know the dynamic IP and the exact time of the connection I can have them run the logs and tell me who exactly was using it at that moment. This would be a major pain in the ass for me, but I could do it, and will if these racist problems continue. Hopefully just having people know that I can do this will make the problem stop.
