But it was, so it couldn't be created again! Really, they should know by now to simply pass me along to the tech department, if I call support it means that something is broken, not me being an idiot. ;-) Sorry I've been so quite lately, I am so overwhelmed with jobs to do right now, and also fighting this summertime urge I have to do, well, nothing at all. Ah well!
