The only thing I can think of would be to make sure you entered the e-mail address correctly (no typos) in the configuration and that you have in fact "flushed" some work to them. Look under Commands>Configure>General Client options to check if the address is correct. Choose Commands>Update to send and recieve work. Sorry bout the slow reply.. kinda busy sometimes. ;) Hey Doc, must be the slogan line will accept html? Ahh.. nevermind, I'll find out.
