That's too much! But very few news stories surprise me anymore. I wonder if they would kick out unruly humans that disturb local neighborhoods at night with the same vigor. |

And what about the neighbors damn dog that starts barking at 10:00 every night, which is just about the time I'm trying to go to sleep? Can we kick him out too? Or does he have a right to bark noisily while good people are trying to sleep? |

That kind on thing is really popular in Japan and India. They have "laughing clubs" in which hundreds, or even thousands, of usually dreary and miserable people get to laugh out loud and enjoy themselves, something they would usually be too embarrassed or busy to do. I wouldn't join one, however. I laugh all the time |

Yeah, I saw a bit (on Discovery?) about the laughing therapy in India and Japan. One of the funniest things I ever saw. A bunch of stern Japanese CEO types trying to laugh. |
