You know, with the track record of the government in general, it's amazing that they seem to have been so successful in covering up alien encounters and things of that nature. |

Well, that's because the alien brain-control devices and nuclear laser rayguns get the highest priority. So those get concealed pretty well, while the other stuff slips through the cracks. C'mon, it's simple logic. |

That would be an interesting turn for the FBI to take, if that were true, since under Kennedy and LBJ the FBI's big ticket was shutting down racial discrimination and prosecuting vicious KKK members. |

Well, as far as I read, it was done to throw bias from the white community against the black radical racial movements, aka Black Panthers. It was distributed mainly in white dominant neighborhoods and communities to sway popular opinion. *shrugs* Definately a government for the people by the people, right? |

Actually, I think the aliens are still filling out immigration forms at the INS. There were hopes among them that they might be able to apply for a green card, but they'd need to be married to a US citizen first, that's why there's so many abductions. |
