I think it's so funny that you come in to this... um, salon if you will, and shove some shitty pieced together consipricy telling us that if we don't believe it we're all brainwashed tools that can't think for ourselves, and yet you expect us to believe it, only making us believe what you think so basically in the process of thinking whatever you're thinking, we're not thinking for ourselves.

You see... You can be easily compared to the many massive cults that have spread their ignorance all around America because like them you've been told only what you wanted to hear. You feel like because someone has shared with you their insight on an event in national history that it entitles you to be elite, like you know something we all don't. Straight foward, because you believe in that conspiracy, you think you're smarter/more politically aware/better than anyone that disagrees with you. Everything you've claimed us to be, is actually an accurate representation of you, but you're so stuborn you can't even take the time to just sit back and consider something else. You're so closed-minded, you're not even going to listen to what people have to say about your thoughts, and yet you still come back for more. But for what? Entertainment? Does it make you feel happy to know that you've wasted all our time? Do you feel like you're worth more as a human than we are because you believe in something that we don't? How in the hell do you ever plan to have an intelligent conversation with someone if you won't even take the time to listen to what they have to say?

Asptamer: As far as I know there are only 3 inmates who have been involved with the military, and none of them 'boast' about it...a couple found it a highly traumatic experience. I don't recall anyone around here ever boasting about being in the military.

1st - yes, it'd be nice if you learned to properly speak the english language, and present your point coherently so that people can get the ide that you actually intended to present.

2nd - No, you never said that your point of view was the only one (hmmm, help me out though - I'm having a hard time figuring out where I said that ). What you did (and have done repeatedly, as far back as the first conversation I remember you being a part of) is immediately tell everyone who doesn't agree with you that they are "processed" and blind, and spoon-fed sheep who are brainwashed by the american government.

I never said anything to the effect that my view was the right one, or that there were no alternatives.

I never implied it.

I never hinted at it.

What I did was attempt to make you realize that just because someone doesn't jump on the conspiracy wagon, doesn't mean that are any of the following:

a) brainwashed
b) blind
c) stupid
d) processed
e) sheep-like
f) a flag-waving-bible-thumping-warhawk-fascist-pig

Because I don't buy into a bunch of dreamed up pseudo-science (yes, re-read that phrase. understand it.) doesn't make me "one of them". If you really put much logical thought into the questions rasied in most of the conspiracy theory websites, you will see before having to really actually ask the question how absurd the premise for asking many of them are.

Some of them are ligitimate questions, surely. But a good 95% of them are just plain silly.

You can feel free to keep trying to argue whatever it is you are always trying to argue about me, but that is realy neither here nor there, since the things you try to plaster onto me are mostly in your imagination.

If you want us to close it now, you're going to be sorely dissapointed, becuase there's still room for more discussion here. We are not going to close it just becuase you've gotten yourself into an argument with a professional arguer and wish to get out of it while still getting the last word in.

asptamer, even if anyone did call you a moron for believing that site, the far more important thing that happened above is that people gave very detailed explanations as to *why* the site has problems. If this is just about calling those with whom you disagree names then I wouldn't even be here. There are many people here that take the time to read and understand opposing points of view, then consider their merits, then respond honestly. If you still think the information on that site is credible then all you have to do is to make that case objectively. If after all that we still disagree, then that's ok as long as we're each clear as to why.

Perhaps that is as maybe, but that has no application here.

Who on earth stated that I subscribe to every conspiracy theory. Fine specimen of twisted perception right there if every I saw one.
