Those two fonts are both part of the Linotype collection and are comercial fonts. You might try searching www.myfonts.com, www.itcfonts.com, or www.fonts.com.

Bell Gothic may be purchased from www.myfont.com, for $21.00 each. A good deal as comercial fonts go.

Here is a nice collection they are just True Type fonts "ewww" and no bell gothic but you might find something close. http://www.arts-letters.com/freefont100/freefont1.html

I just bought their font collect and it useful, thou 4000 fonts is realy 2000 it's just the same fonts as True Type and PS Type 1. A few I tried had so serious Kerning and tracking problems requiring editing. But as long as you dont use them for large amount of body copy they will work fine. You get what you pay for.
