Topic: POW week 12: Strangers (Page 1 of 1)

So you had still life, you had self portraits, you had fun lighting, now you get...AN ASSIGNMENT!

Yay!

Strangers. Everytime you leave the house you run into them. So, talk to one or ten...take damn photos of interesting people!

Get on it.

Ivana Seedem.

A few guidelines:
1. Photo needs to go along with the subject in some way.
2. Use thumbnails for photos with any dimension larger than 450 px or over 40 kb.
3. Post as many as you want.
4. At the end of the week the person who chose the topic will pick someone to choose the next topic. This isn't a "winner," just someone who gets to suggest the next topic.
5. No critiques (unless requested) this is just to share our photos.
6. No sigs.

darn the luck, I don't know any strangers, and I was just getting into the POW concept too.

That's the trouble with strangers, as soon as you get to know one, they don't want to be a stranger anymore. What's that all about? ;¬ Anyhoo, the BBC had an excellent nature event in my local park, and I met this lady with her dog, actually I met the dog first, she (the dog being a bitch) wanted to know what I had in my bag? When the lady (the female human) came to get her she told me about it (the dog). Turns out it is a Wolf/Dog breed from Utah can't remember the name (of the dog or the lady).

Ya i realy love that picture i cought him totaly by supise he was a stranger at the time but now he realy isnt cuz i know him now

i forgot to menton that the name of the photo is called "Spaced out"

Fishmongers on Dublin's Moore Street, our busiest open food market.

Some of you have seen this photo of the homeless lady. It's one of my favs I've done. I'll post more strangers later.

Ok you know, DG, I'm having a real hard time just going up to someone and saying "Hi can I get your picture? It's for an online hobby, this weeks theme is complete strangers."

However!

I am going to Hooters tonight so I'll bring back some love .

~shrug~ pretty easy for me to talk to anyone. But inadequacy happens, no worries, since the week is over.


Wish there was a bigger turnout, but nice quality
