I get to work at 3:45 a.m. and work in a windowless, virtually soundproof TV studio and emerge sometime after noon. Well, of course, I have a meterologist telling me what the weather is like all day, so I guess I do have a connection to the outside. Anyway, as it turns out -- even though it was supposed to be stormy all day -- I looked up from my computer in the afternoon and saw that a gorgeous day had developed. I finally made my way to Dallas around 4:00 and had about an hour of good light to shoot Dealey Plaza. So, I guess it worked out.
