So far so good Doc....

It's getting there, I guess. Not much you can really *do* with this much text, other than make it all fit together somehow. I need to be doing some *GRAPHICS*, I be getting bored with too much scripting scripting and nothing else. :-)<P>Your pal, -doc-<P>------------------

That's better. BTW, throughout the forum, when you edit a message among other things, the font is smaller than other places. (including our screen names.) Would it take a long time to make that font size just a little bigger, or is that too much of a chore?<P>Is there any way that we can change that thing that says "New Member"? (I noticed yours says "Freelance Terrorist"... hmmm...)<P>------------------

Hmm? It seems to be in a form window to me, typically fixed font size there. (Oh, IE will let you set the look and feel of them with a style tag, but it only works in that one browser, I usually don't bother.)<P>Hah! The "Freelance Terrorist" bit is how I always used to register my old shareware, I've been using it ever since, makes for some interesting spam, you betcha! "Dear Doc Ozone! We could halp you get even more business as a Freelance Terrorist!" Heh heh... <P>The FT deignation is for the forum owner only, that'd be me. I think "veteran member" is too clean cut. Maybe new members could be "virgins" and after so long become a "Two-Bit Whore" : )

the member "level" discussion reminds me of the bathroom labels thing we had ongoing at an old office I worked at... I was particularly proud of "Bats" and "Wombats" and laughed pretty hard when my "Dangling Participles" and "Split Infinitives" didn't last more than an hour.<P>-calyxa

Hah! That's a good one, I liked that! I remember I designed two bathroom icons for the industrial design department where I studied for a time, two blocky figures, identical in every respect, only one had an extra something hanging down. It worked, NO ONE was confused, but a few thought it too graphic, heh.
