Preserved Topic: Who shall ne moderator? Must be extreme. (Page 1 of 1)

So, this area seems like it should have existed from the start, but I never got around to it. Is "modelling" spelled correctly? Does the description describe things? Doea anyone here know more about this subject than I do? (I'm pretty sure that must be so!)Speak up, moderators are kind of like trustees in an institution, you get better food than the rest, and an extra hour of TV after the rest have been bedded down!

Well, after much careful deliberation, and counting all of the votes made by ME, the winner is ME!! I would love to be a board moderator. And doing it on a 3D one would make it even better. Me or Slime, the only two I know of on this board who have expertise in 3D modelling, or possibly Dan.

I don't have the free time at the moment ....but I could contribute some basic tutorials.....if needed, for 3DStudio Max , that is..........

Sounds like another good idea from the forum........although i dont do much 3D stuff........well i do quite a bit actually.......but i use ifini-D and Bryce as my main modeler........( i wanted to buy one of the bigger modelers) but didnt see myself using it that much......but learned very quickly the power of 3D...ill be hangin here...hope ta learn some new tricks from you guys/gals...are there any gals here.......mostly what i do is build cool little quicktime movies in bryce then import them into director for rollover buttons.......man have i got some cool rollover buttons...plus i built a cool jukebox in Bryce and animated it for a music CD i built......yea this stuff is fun.............Cyber

Vote Dan for moderater, He'd vote for you if you wanted to be moderator.. (except for the other two candidates).

Im not sure how much I can contribute though... I have some 3d progs (3dsmax, rhino, povray, strata and more comming...) but Im not exactally *skilled* with any of them. =[
